Some months ago, I told you all that we would be getting speed advisory signs up outside school. Currently, it is still national speed limit, which seems scandalous.
There had been no movement on this, and I didn’t want anyone to think this had been dropped by me, so I appealed to Rebecca Pow for help and she signposted me to the relevant people in charge.
The reply was:
“Whilst I am unable to give you a precise date as to when this work will be completed I anticipate that the signs to be installed between December 2021 and February 2022. For information, I have asked the responsible contractor to make this school a high priority and requested that works are to be expedited as soon as possible.”
Therefore, we should see some movement after Christmas.
